Author E.B. White was born on July 11, 1899. He was the author of the famous children's book, Charlotte's Web. If you haven't read this book before, you definitely need to pick it up. You'll love the story of the many farm animals who become friends, including the spider (Charlotte) who comes up with an amazing plan to save the pig's (Wilbur) life.
