We've only been going for a couple days, but there's already a chance to earn some BONUS POINTS in writing! A notice was sent home to all students recently about a writing/drawing contest about WHY GOING TO SCHOOL IS IMPORTANT. If you are a Virtual Summer School student and you complete this writing/drawing activity before the end of school you can earn UP TO 10 BONUS POINTS IN WRITING! Make sure you follow the details that were on the contest page that went home. You can ask your classroom teacher for another copy if you lost your first one.
DON'T FORGET TO BEGIN WORKING ON YOUR PRE-SUMMER ASSIGNMENTS (SEE THE PREVIOUS POST FOR DETAILS). THESE ASSIGNMENTS ARE DUE BY JUNE 19TH.
